Servant leadership is such a buzzword these days, even in the corporate world. Earlier this week I had lunch with my mentor and he asked me this question, which keeps running through my head...

When you think of your own personal life as a leader, do you consider yourself a leader who serves or a servant who leads?

He said that though it may seem like we're splitting hairs here, the difference is quite huge...
